With stunning offices in Manchester city centre, the firm supports a range of corporate clients with legal and company secretarial services. Due to market growth, there are multiple opportunities for newly qualified ICSA graduates or those looking to gain relevant experience to qualify in this area.

Your new role
You will join an expanding team in the North West, supporting an international client base with company secretarial and corporate governance matters including board support. You will be involved in corporate compliance for a range of clients and will gain exposure to both subsidiary and listed company work. The workload is project based and client focused and is a fantastic starting point for anybody looking to develop their career in the company secretarial field.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an ambitious ICSA graduate or law graduate or international business graduate, with an interest in company law. You must have a strong academic record and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with a range of internal and external clients. You must also have good organisational skills with the ability to project manage. This could be a an excellent opportunity if you are a recent law graduate or ICSA graduate looking to progress your career as a Chartered Company Secretary.
