A Clinical Negligence opportunity has become available with a leading defendant healthcare practice at its Birmingham office.
This practice is looking to recruit a junior clinical negligence solicitor to work within a close knit team, handling NHS Resolution and NHS Trust work with claims ranging in value up to £1million.
The team is highly regarded and ranked in the top tier for Healthcare and defending clinical negligence claims, both in Chambers and the Legal 500. They represent the NHS-R, Trusts and NHS Bodies defending serious and complex litigated and pre-issue claims concerning clinical negligence issues such as surgical, obstetrics, orthopaedic and psychiatric.
In terms of experience, you will have previous defendant experience in clinical negligence work, gained at a recognised NHSR panel firm and therefore understand some of the protocols of reporting to NHS clients. In addition, you will have a track record for business development and be able to demonstrate initiatives and events that you have previously participated in.
