A leading law firm in Brighton is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (4-6PQE) to join their thriving firm on a permanent basis
The firm can trace its roots back over 100 years and have been providing the highest quality advice to clients throughout its industrious history. Having recently merged a few years ago, the firm has paved the way for business development and rapid expansion and are hoping the new addition can play a pivotal part in this growth.
The right candidate:
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Strong commercial acumen but also a strong grounding in corporate work would be desirable
- Demonstrable ability in the context of commercial contracts, sales and purchase agreements, M & A to name but a few
- Possess strong ambition and drive as this role has real growth potential
- Have strong client care skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Keen eye for detail
The successful candidate will be exposed to a number of complex legal documents and issues and should relish the chance to take on such a challenge. They will finally have a 'can-do' attitude to take instructions and convert that into real practical solution thereby upholding the strong client relationships the firm has built over time.
