Highly accredited firm in Oxfordshire seeks an ambitious Family Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor to join our client’s thriving practice located in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of family matters whilst working closely with the head of department, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the firm.
Responsibilities
• Divorce
• Domestic abuse
• Injunctions
• Cohabitation disputes
• Separation matters
• Civil partnerships
• Financial disputes
• Children matters
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Undertaking business development and marking activities
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Solid knowledge of all areas in family law is essential for this role
• Flexibility is highly desired as there may be a requirement to travel between offices on occasion
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Be a strong team player with the accompanying ability to work individually under your own initiative
