In-House Property Litigator Maternity Cover.
A new opportunity has arisen in Central London for an experienced Property Litigator.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading In-House legal team.
You will be handling a busy and varied caseload, advising this housing association on its portfolio, plus other senior staff on legal issues.
To be considered for this Housing Law role you will be:
- A qualified lawyer (Solicitor, FILEx or Barristers may be considered)
- Have at least 2 years' PQE dealing with Housing related files (from the Landlord's perspective)
- Able to demonstrate solid knowledge of ASB, succession and subletting.
