Planning Lawyer
We are currently recruiting for a lawyer who has experience delivering a local plan for one of our Surrey-based local authority. The role will involve working closely with the Counsel and acting as a conduit.
The post is expected to last 3 months with the possibility of extension and is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their experience within a local authority setting. The client can offer part-time or full-time working and can offer some remote working.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience within a local authority legal team
- Previous experience delivering a local plan
- Experience dealing with general enquiries relating to planning quality issues
