An RTA Litigation Team Leader is required to oversee a team of fee earners in a dynamic Manchester city centre Personal Injury law firm.  This forward-thinking firm is offering an excellent basic salary with an unrivalled bonus scheme.


• Supervising and management of RTA Litigation fee earners
• Liaising with Insurance Companies and Defendant Solicitors verbally and written
• Action Tasks on a daily basis
• Review files and issue court proceedings where applicable
• Sending out relevant letters to clients, insurance companies, witnesses, police etc
• Inbound and outbound client contact throughout their claim
• Reviewing medical records, medical reports, police reports etc….
• Ability to run issued, fast track matters.
• Supervising junior fee earners on the running of their caseload
• To manage all stages of the litigation process
• To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
• To assist in the marketing and development of the department as a whole

Experience Required

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience of managing and supervising a team of fee earners
• Experience of handling a full caseload of litigated RTA files
• Business development and experience
