Financial Services Lawyer (Contentious) 2+ To £100,000+
This prestigious City firm is looking for a contentious financial services lawyer to provide contentious regulatory and commercial litigation advice to financial services firms. These include insurers (non-claims work) and asset managers, based around professional negligence High Court actions and large FOS complaints.
You will also be involved with large scale multi-million pound profit share and commission disputes between regulated and non-regulated businesses, class shareholder actions for and on behalf of Insurance monies and asset managers and advising on retail and commercial product sales.
