ACS are looking for a Solicitor to join the Widnes office of a well-established law firm on a full time basis. The role will be within the expanding Housing Disrepair department.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team and will receive excellent training and ongoing support in the role.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Applications welcome from anyone that's Newly Qualified or has up to 5 years PQE.
Requirements of the candidate include:
- Background in Civil Litigation.
- Experience in housing disrepair is preferable, acting for either Landlords or Tenants.
- Experience in the Social Housing Sector.
- Commercially aware.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
