Legal Consultant - Part Time, Remote Working

Unique opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join a growing, European based technology company operating in the electric vehicle sector to work remotely managing all legal matters for their UK operations. This role is offered on a part time (2-3 days per week) basis for 3 months initially with view to extend/go permanent.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in continental Europe, you will have a broad remit covering:

- commercial contract drafting and negotiation including technology agreements (software, tech infrastructure), NDA's, MOU's, service contracts

- property, leasing and construction contracts

- data privacy

- IPR protection

- dispute resolution

- instructing external counsel when required

- overflow work from the European legal team

You will be 7+ years PQE with previous experience in a similar role preferably within the technology industry. You will be able to demonstrate a strong technical skill set in addition to the ability to work fairly independently and manage your own workload.

Experience managing across other European jurisdictions and/or language skills would be advantageous.
