Our client is a thriving company with their head office located in Chester and they are searching for a NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to join their in-house team
The role reports to the Group General Counsel. Salary as advertised. Holidays - 25 days per year plus public holidays.
The ideal candidate:
- Qaulified Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) however will look at those due to qaulify this year
- Have a strong understanding of Litigation and Employment Law (both contentious and non-contenious)
- Confident handling their own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious work
- Solid understanding of restrictive covenant cases
- Be very familiar with court procedure as this is essential to the role
- Confident communicator able to interact with fellow employees and clients of varying status
- Detailed written skills able to meet deadlines and be pro-active in their work
The salary will be market rate and offers 25 days per year along with public holidays
