Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner or Litigator to join a friendly law firm in Manchester, on a full time permanent basis.
Our client is a leading Personal Injury specialist, based on the outskirts of Manchester with excellent transport links. You will be joining a large team of Lawyers who are experts in their field and pride themselves on providing excellent service to their clients.
The successful candidate will be:
- Handling their own caseload of fast track RTA files from inception to completion
- Working on mostly litigated claims of all values
- Updating case management system
- Negotiating settlements
Company benefits include: 20 days holiday rising to 25 with increased service (plus bank holidays), discretionary bonus and pension scheme.
Applications are welcome from experienced Paralegal, Fee Earners, Litigators and Solicitors with experience dealing with litigated RTA files. EL PL experience is not essential but would be beneficial for the role.
Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
