New Homes Conveyancer.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Solicitor to join an established and growing team in Bristol has arisen.
You will work alongside a highly regarded wider Property team, and will have lots of client contact with developers from day one.
You will "account manage" various developers of all sizes, and therefore an excellent communicator is required.
Ideally, you will already have plot sales and new build experience. Solicitors and full or part qualified legal executives will be considered. You should be familiar with all aspects of New Homes Conveyancing transactions including Freehold & Leasehold cases, Mortgages, and Help to Buy funded transactions.
Excellent Salary depending on experience. Very friendly team environment.
