Knowledge Manager

My client is a leading international law firm who is looking to recruit a Knowledge Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Knowledge Manager will be an internal subject matter expert providing knowledge management for the firm.

The key duties will include:

• Work closely on knowledge management initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration
• Work closely with IT teams to develop and implement new knowledge management technologies
• Improve and enhance the impact of client facing knowledge services
• Develop the firm’s knowledge strategy and operational plans
• Contribute to pitches and offer knowledge management consultancy

The Knowledge Manager will be experienced in a legal or professional services environment. They will be passionate about knowledge sharing systems and processes and will have demonstratable experience working collaboratively. The right candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills as well as the ability to work under their own initiative. Experience in managing multiple projects is desirable as well a background in legal, i.e. a qualified lawyer.
