TRADEMARK PARALEGAL – LONDON (CITY)

The Company
Our client, a specialist boutique law firm in the heart of the city, specialising in IP, trademarks and designs. They act for a suite of famous brands, particularly in the entertainment, sport, publishing and fashion sectors.
The Role
They are seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal/Formalities Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity and the successful candidate will be involved in drafting and processing trademark applications, dealing with trade mark renewals, recordals and licences, preparing arguments and written evidence. The role is varied, challenging at times but professionally very rewarding.
Essential Requirements
Our client is seeking experienced candidates with circa 2 years’ experience in Trademarks/IP who are keen to learn, develop and take responsibility for their advisory work output. A relevant qualification in either Trademarks or Intellectual Property would be beneficial.
