Residential Property Lawyer – An exciting opportunity has arisen with a small but highly regarded Hampshire practice. This multi office firm has asked us to find them a further residential conveyancer to join their team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with at least 3 years PQE and a solid track record in managing a busy residential property caseload. This is a wide ranging and HNW caseload of freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages shared ownership and buy to let. You will be joining a strong team supported by two part time secretaries and a sophisticated case management system.
A proactive approach towards business development and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care are also essential for this position.
