Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CPR Fee Earner/ Pre Litigated RTA Fee Earner to join a fast growing law firm in Liverpool, on a full time permanent basis.
As CPR Fee Earner you will be responsible for running a caseload of pre issue RTA files and assisting with post issue tasks under supervision. The successful candidate will be joining a highly trained team of personal injury specialists, who are dedicated to client satisfaction at the highest level. The firm are based within easy reach of the city centre, but operate on a nationwide basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Running a caseload of pre issue RTA files
- Resolving liability at the earliest possible stage, advising clients on court proceedings where necessary and conducting relevant investigations
- Assessing liability and medical reports, witness statements, evidence and special damages
- Researching relevant case law and assessing suitable award of compensation
- Liaising with clients, experts, barristers, third party solicitors/insurers and any other third parties as required
- Drafting of witness statements, preparing court bundles and chasing offers
Required Experience:
- Law graduate, ILEX, LPC or similar qualification is desirable
- Previous experience working within the PI industry is required
- Previous experience of working on the telephone and dealing with a wide range of clients is required
- Proven track record of working to targets and exceeding KPI's set
