Credit Hire Litigation Executive/Solicitor.
A dynamic and forward-thinking specialist practice in the heart of Chester are seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Credit Hire Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join their busy and fast paced Credit Hire department.
Coming into this medium sized and supportive Credit Hire team, your new role will see you taking responsibility for a heavily litigated caseload of Credit Hire claims which you'll see through from instruction through to completion. It is essential that you have previous litigation experience and be able to hit the ground running.
The team compromises both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners, and each team across the practice benefits from full support from administrators and legal assistants. They work to realistic targets and have a generous bonus system in place for all Fee Earners. The working environment is buzzy, friendly, and team leaders and Heads of Department are on hand to provide continuous support and guidance to ensure that work is being completed to the highest standard, whilst also giving you autonomy!
