Graduate Recruiter

My client is a global law firm with offices around the world, looking to recruit a Graduate Recruiter to join their London team on a permanent basis.

The Graduate Recruiter will provide dedicated support to client groups and manage the end to end junior talent recruitment.   

The key duties will include:

• End to end recruitment of junior talent into client groups across the UK
• Management of the University Relationships and campus activity
• Project management of strategic programme initiatives
• Designing of marketing materials
• Budget management

The Graduate Recruiter will have previous experience of end to end graduate recruitment cycle. They will also have established working relationships and significant experience of managing data and production of reports. The right candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills with an ability to think strategically.
