A well-established commercial law firm based in Shoreditch is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer to join their team. The firm employs approximately 25 fee earners, focusing on contentious and non-contentious commercial work.
The Role
The Conveyancer will join a busy department, getting involved in all aspects of residential purchases and new lease acquisitions. You will work with high net worth individuals and buy to let investors, dealing with matters including:
- Purchases and sales
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Legal Executive
- 2-4 years’ PQE
- Experience handling a variety of Residential Property and Conveyancing matters
- Experience with the matters listed above
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
Salary and Contract
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
