The Role
The firm are looking for a Finance/KYC Compliance Paralegal to join their London office in a 6-month contract role, likely to be extended.
You will assist associates and trainees in the busy debt finance team with the satisfaction of lenders' KYC requirements when acting for borrowers on large LBO finance transactions, as well as assisting on and handling other knowhow and transactional projects in the debt finance group.
You will work with the deal teams to satisfy requirements for KYC documentation on financing transactions, liaise with banks and local counsel to negotiate the KYC documentation package provided and respond to any additional requests, build relationships with and assist with maintaining information databases for key borrower clients in order to help them satisfy KYC requirements efficiently, assist with Companies House registrations and other formalities on financing transactions and more.
You will support a Partner and other fee earners in the London office, in an incredibly exciting role, within one of the most successful and innovative international firms in the global market.
