My client is one of the South West's leading law firms with multiple offices. They now have an exciting opportunity for a 4+ year PQE Solicitor to join their busy Property department in Salisbury.

The property department covers both commercial and residential matters and offers an interesting and varied workload, dealing often with high profile and complex matters. The role will involve working on a broad range of property matters covering both commercial and residential conveyancing, from high value disposals to challenging lease structures.

Although this role is a mixture of residential/ commercial work the client is happy to look at experience candidates from just one area who want to broaden their experience. The reason for this role is succession planning therefore for the right candidate there is a clear route to Partnership.
