The Role

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor 5+ PQE for their thriving Blandford office in Dorset.

The role?will involve of a profitable case load; delivering high quality legal services in a range of areas such as company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting, private equity/investment documentation, shareholders agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring, employee share option and other incentive schemes, and business start-ups and business succession planning.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 5+ PQE
• You will have good knowledge of this practice area a good eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable / dependent on experience - however, the prospects at this firm/in this role far outweigh purely monetary benefits
