Paralegal

Our client a Criminal Defence firm are seeking a number of paralegals to join their team.

If you have a Law degree/ ILEX or equivalent along with paralegal experience within the criminal field, or studied the advanced modules in criminal law then I would be keen to hear from you.

As a paralegals you will be responsible for assisting senior members of the team and the Directors.

Duties include:

• Taking new enquiry calls, advising and converting those enquiries
• Advising clients on all aspects including technical issues, costs and penalties
• Drafting letters, documents and statements
• Assisting solicitors and ultimately running own case load
• Reviewing CCTV and other evidence
• Instructing experts and Counsel
• Drafting blogs and articles
