A highly impressive US law firm is looking for a talented Financial Regulation Associate to join their London office. This firm has extensive knowledge of legal expertise as well as a pragmatic approach to commercial judgement for high stakes matters in sectors with the greatest complexities, intricacies and regulatory demands.
The Role
The successful lawyer will work alongside renowned partners on a caseload of contentious matters. Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients ranging from leading financial services companies, brokerage firms and boards and trustees
- Building and maintaining relationships with high profile clients
- Developing your own network and furthering your expertise
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer - 1-4 years’ PQE gained at a leading firm
- Experience at a law firm recognised for its Financial Regulation practice, specifically in both registered and private funds
- Experience and understanding of high-stake enforcement actions, regulatory proceedings and internal investigations is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and client care skills
Salary and Contract
- £120,000 - £140,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
