Legal Secretary – Fetcham, Surrey
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)
The Company
Our client is one of the UK’s leading names for legal services – it offers legal help to individuals and businesses locally.
They provide clients direct access to lawyers. Their lawyers have been living and working locally for many years and have in-depth knowledge of local issues and concerns.
The Role
Required for audio typing, reception, and general clerical duties. Using Word and Osprey (a Sage based cased management system) you will type letters, reports and longer documents for our solicitors either by direct dictation or amending standard documents.
You will also deal with clients and other visitors to the office and make appointments, prepare certified copy documents, receive deliveries and similar matters.
There is scope for advancement in dealing with conveyancing, probate, divorce and litigation matters.
Legal experience is an advantage but notessential as training will be given.
This is a permanent position
