The Role

This firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their established City of London office.

The firm's Real Estate group is one of the largest in the UK, acting for an enviable range of clients including investors, corporate occupiers, banks and developers. The team also has a fantastic supportive and collaborative culture.

In this role, you will be handling real estate matters including acquisition and disposal work with regards to residential investments for commercial clients and potentially to represent banks' customers in putting together development and investment finance deals/packages.

The role will include training and supervising Paralegals and reporting to a Partner.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will receive a competitive salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
• You will be commercially minded, and you will need experience in representing development and investment clients on real estate matters.
