Returning AUS/NZ Lawyers (4-8yrs+ PQE) - M&A/Funds (Sydney & Melbourne)

Keen to attract returning Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers from overseas (as well as UK lawyers considering a long-term move) our client offers a dynamic and collegiate culture that rewards independent, innovative thinkers.

Of particular interest at this time are first rate mid-senior lawyers with 4-8+ years post qualified experience for their top-tier multi-disciplinary Corporate / M&A practice, which acts for many of Australia's top 100 companies and leading multinationals. The work on offer is diverse and will see you instructed on various matters spanning domestic & international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, managed funds work and real estate and infrastructure transactions, working extensively with investment funds, financial institutions, fund managers, real estate investment trusts, real estate companies and infrastructure funds.

The successful applicants will have significant exposure to clients and play a leading role on key aspects of transactions, including negotiations and drafting. Comfortable leading and mentoring junior lawyers and project managing matters through to completion, you will also enjoy marketing and business development activities.
