Residential Conveyancer

JDI Legal - North East based specialist consultancy are working with a firm of solicitors who operate across multiple branch offices across the North East and looking to add to their CQS accredited residential conveyancing team at this small branch office. 

The role is down to expansion and would suit a fee earner who has a proven track record of handling both private and referrer clients, dealing with their own caseload of sales and purchase, right to buy, remortgage from instruction to post completion, progressing the same via a case management system so IT literacy is essential.

The role is full time working 9-5pm and will involve initially working closely with a conveyancing fee earner with a view to building up a caseload, getting to know local agents and a scope to make a name for themselves. All with support and the advantage of a case management system. 

The Partner is willing to consider a range of experience ILEX or Solicitor as long as the person has the technical ability and can hit the ground running.
