Head of Conveyancing.
A well established and growing law firm in Manchester are looking for a Head of Conveyancing to join and develop a residential property department.
You'll be joining a forward thinking, multi-service firm with impressive new open plan offices who are looking to build and grow their conveyancing offering. They offer a friendly working environment and are very down to earth.
Your role as the Head of Conveyancing will be to mentor and develop a team of conveyancers and support staff. In addition, you'll oversee all stages of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion (a mix of sales/purchases/freehold/leasehold). As a Senior member of the firm, you will work closely with Directors, and develop business strategy plans to grow the conveyancing department.
You must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Conveyancing Solicitor with supervisory experience together with a broad depth of experience in Conveyancing. Ideally you'll also have had exposure to commercial property matters.
On offer is a competitive salary up to c£45,000 plus great benefits, on-site parking, flexible working and scope for career progression.
