Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 firm who offers a full range of services. They now seek an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their specialist Dispute Resolution team based in Edinburgh.
Offering real career progression prospects and a friendly working environment, you will be involved in a wide variety of commercial litigation work. This will include contracts disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, regulatory litigation, contentious construction claims, and corporate support litigation.
The successful candidate will ideally be qualified, commercially minded, and have gained solid litigation experience within a similar position. A keen interest or exposure to business development would also be highly advantageous.
