Associate solicitor or partner with expertise in family matters sought within City based practice on a permanent basis.
Joining a specialist team, the successful solicitor or partner will utilise their own client following to generate work alongside handling an existing caseload of family files. Additionally, the successful solicitor or partner will build upon theirs and the firm’s client base through the promotion of both their own and the practice’s services.

• Parental alienation
• Cohabitation agreements
• Abduction
• Negotiating settlements
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of developments within your specialist field
• Participating in business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
The Candidate
• Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors and partners with a minimum of five years’ PQE in family
• Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and has a client-focused approach
• A following of clients or strong contacts in the market to bring with you to a new practice are essential
• Strives for high standards in their work at all times
• Is personable, professional and detail orientated
• The successful solicitor or partner will possess an aptitude for business development and marketing
