Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, Chesterfield

My client, a well-established firm based in North Derbyshire are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding Business Legal Services team in Chesterfield.

Ideally, you will have around two years plus post qualification experience. Within this role, your duties will include leases, contracts, asset sales, purchases and corporate transactions.

This is a requirement for a candidate who can possesses a natural ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment demanding flexibility and excellent communication skills.

This particular position lends itself to an individual who can demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters into a commercially astute and understandable format.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
