THE FIRM
Our client is a mid-sized commercial practice with a diverse range of corporate and individual clients.
THE ROLE
The role will include advising residential and commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues including -
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes: dilapidations, rent reviews, distress, forfeiture etc.
- Business Lease renewals
- Possession proceedings including claims against squatters, adverse possession, trespass, nuisance, easements and prescriptive rights
- Breach of covenants
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a NQ-3 PQE solicitor from a London or regional firm, with a keen interest in business development and solid academics.
