Conveyancing Fee Earner
Bradford
I am working with a long established West Yorkshire law firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join them at their Bradford office.
The role will be to carry a full caseload of sale and purchase matters working on them from inception to completion. You will also have a Conveyancing Assistant who will be on hand to work alongside and assist.
The role has come about due to an increase in work and a new referrer with the team being really busy.
The caseload will be dealing with the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, right to buy, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered land.
There may be occasional travel between offices, but the majority of time will be spent in the centre of Bradford.
The firm is not a conveyancing factory and although the department is busy it is not a complete volume orientated team.
The firm pay competitively in the market where salary is concerned + benefits.
