This is a junior corporate role offering market leading work and career progression to an NQ-level solicitor. This firm has a global reach, with a wide network of clients, and is well-known for its presence in South East Asia, the US and Australasia. Amongst its corporate practice is a well-structured team and they are looking for someone with a strong tech background.

The successful candidate will move into a role offering complex work and a lot of client contact. It is essential that applicants can work on investment, M&A and advisory work, all within the tech space, and be able to advise entrepreneurs, companies and their investors.

Applications are invited from NQ solicitors who have trained and qualified with another London practice, ideally with experience of working in a tech seat. Those with experience up to 18 months, will also be considered.
