The Role

This leading firm are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their highly successful Personal Injury team in their City of London office.

The workload will be engaging, challenging and rewarding with you representing clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Occupiers Liability and Employers Liability. You will have a platform to showcase your exceptional communication skills, superb judgement and confident decision-making, backed by your extensive legal knowledge and expertise.

As a result you must have extensive experience and knowledge of looking after a high-quality Multi Track case load from values of £25,000 up to £500,000. You will be working on a mix of litigated and non-litigated mid to high value multi-track cases and will need confidence in dealing with sensitive injury issues.

Experience of taking a case from trial through to post exchange is a must including, carrying out investigations, witness statement preparation, conferences and court hearings.

The firm are looking for a highly skilled lawyer who can combine excellent communication and client care skills along with technical expertise. In return you will get superb career advancement working on a diverse caseload and receive market leading training from leading Personal Injury Lawyers.

This role is initially to cover Maternity on a FTC basis of 6 - 12 months.

Requirements:

• A Solicitor 2+ years PQE with experience of Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Occupier's Liability
• Excellent experience and knowledge of Multi Track caseloads
• Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment
• Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential
