A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious litigation paralegal with at least three years’ solid defendant experience to join a leading specialist insurance litigation firm.  We can offer real progression into more complex work as well as the opportunity to develop into a Team Leader role, and will work with you to identify the best route for you.

We work with a variety of clients, and have a reputation for responding innovatively to client needs, empowering our staff, and delivering a quality service whilst managing costs.

You will handle your own caseload of credit hire matters made up of a range of pre-litigation and litigated motor cases through to conclusion, as well as assisting senior members of the team with more complex matters.  You will be looking for a role with stability and security, excellent long term client relationships and a steady flow of high quality instructions to develop your skills and expertise.  We’re a friendly, pragmatic group who recognise that we can only deliver for the client if we support our colleagues.   Our partners recognise that we recruit all our lawyers for the future, and they take and active and keen interest in developing your potential.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be strong in IT, and a proven team player with a positive, can do attitude and commercial, pragmatic approach.
