Group Legal Auditor - Conveyancing

Group Legal Auditor required for a large conveyancing firm in Gloucester. Part time applicants encouraged to apply!

Are you a fee-earning Residential Conveyancing solicitor looking to move away from the pressures of high KPI's and billing targets, and utilise your skills of the law to ensure the conveyancing process is completed correctly and according to SRA guidelines? If so, apply below.

The Role:

Reporting in to the Compliance Manager, you will develop and manage a systematic audit process, to ensure the firm is technically compliant. As well as conducting file reviews, you will provide transparent, consistent and objective feedback to the Operations team; identifying any trends, issues, concerns and making suggestions and guidance upon improvements.

Responsibilities:

Technical auditing processes, documentation and monitoring of good practices and standards.

Supporting internal peer to peer auditing.

Reviewing audit results and carry out analysis on findings for continuous improvement.

Essential:

Experience in Residential Property Law

Desirable:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Previous experience in a similar role
