Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the established Commercial Property team of a successful firm based in South Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities of your new role

The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be an important member of the team, assisting on specific projects and running a caseload of estate management transactions. Your core duties will include:

• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation including surrenders, lease renewals and licences
• Preparing reports
• Undertaking, reviewing and reporting on search results and title investigation
• Preparing SDLT Returns
• Making applications to Companies House and the Land Registry
• Liaising with colleagues, lawyers on the other side of the transaction and clients.

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Paralegal role you must demonstrate:

• At least 8 months of experience in Commercial Property
• The ability to work efficiently and confidently in a team
• Desire to exceed client expectations
• A high degree of initiative
• The ability to cope in a demanding environment
• Excellent organisational, communications and prioritising skills
• The ability to work in a busy team and enhance client relationships

Salary

In return for hard work and Commercial Property expertise, you will be offered £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
