Litigation Associate (1+ PQE) - British Virgin Islands

Our client is a substantial offshore law firm with a global network of offices that supports a wide range of financial, institutional, business and private clients across the full gamut of contentious and non-contentious matters. In response to sustained client demand, the firm now seek additional disputes associates with at least 1yrs post qualified experience for its growing BVI office who possess a mix of commercial and financial disputes experience, ideally with a focus on cross border company, trusts and insolvency matters. For either role, higher rights of audience and insolvency experience are preferred but not essential.

In all cases, applicants should have strong academics and have gained their experience to date with a highly regarded law firm or commercial chambers in London, ideally with exposure to offshore work (but again this is not absolutely essential).

In return for your effort and commitment, the successful candidates will join a supportive, close knit team engaged on what is an attractive diet of cross-border disputes work. Offering immediate responsibility and client contact, there will be an opportunity to develop your advocacy skills as your career progresses. A very attractive financial package + bonus is on offer attracting only 8% tax. Relocation is also offered.
