Mid-level Corporate Associate - Singapore

A talented corporate associate is sought by our international clients highly successful M&A team in Singapore, who advise public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions.

The role will involve working for a range of clients on public and private M&A and PE transactions in Asia Pacific, including growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sale transactions.

The ideal candidate should have circa 3-5 pqe with a common law qualification and have gained their PE/M&A experience to date with a top-tier international firm. A self-starter with an aptitude for client engagement / development and strong team player, the successful applicant will possess excellent drafting skills with the ability to lead deals while managing multiple work streams. Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but not a pre-requisite for the role.
