Due to market growth, there are multiple opportunities for law or business graduates with an interest in corporate governance matters.
Your new role
You will join an expanding team in the North West, supporting an international client base with compliance, company secretarial and corporate governance matters. You will be involved in project-based work to ensure the smooth delivery of corporate compliance, working closely with global offices in different jurisdictions. This is fantastic starting point for anybody looking to develop their experience in the company secretarial field.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a law graduate or international business graduate, with an interest in company law. You must have a strong academic record and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with a range of internal and external clients. You must also have good organisational skills with the ability to manage projects.
