We are working with a Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to take on the mantle of head of department.

Description

We are working with an East Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to head up their team.

This is a crucial strategic hire for the firm and you would be going in as Head of Employment.

The firm has an existing client base and Employment offering. They currently act for a range of corporate clients and individuals on contentious matters, as well as Corporate support work and complex restructurings/TUPE matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing senior employment to help drive a team forward or for a mid-level lawyer to make that first step up.

The firm is full service, has an excellent culture and an existing client base.

There is a clear progression plan for the right person through to Partnership. The firm absolutely want to take somebody on who can progress within the firm. If you are an existing Partner with a client following then they are happy to discuss potential Partnership now.
