How would you like to be in complete control of your own Conveyancing department?
 
Due to continued success, the region’s most reputable Property firm has recently opened a secondary office and is now looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer in to head up its Conveyancing team. This is a rare to come by opportunity that will see you granted total control of the recruitment of your Conveyancing team as well as the direction your team take as a collective.
 
If you don’t have extensive management experience, don’t worry! The firm will provide you with thorough training and support to ensure that you feel as confident as possible every step of the way. You are however required to be highly motivated, innovative and you will have the intent to make a real impact upon this leading firm who has been established for over 20 years.
 
What will you need to be experienced in?:

• Residential Conveyancing (at least 3 years’ experience in working within a volume Conveyancing practice);
• Running a caseload from inception to completion;
• Communicating to an outstanding level with clients and colleagues.
