Our client is a national firm who is going through a period of unprecedented growth and are seeking on becoming the leading law firm within the UK. They have acquired a number of firms within the UK and are set on continuing this trend. The clients the firm represent vary from SME's to high net worth corporations providing effective legal remedies to complex problems
Their outstanding corporate team is seeking an experienced corporate solicitor with between 3-8 PQE to join them.
To support the firm in its continued expansion, our client's work and the successful candidates also will include but not exclusively to:
- M&A
- Corporate Finance,
- Private Equity Joint Ventures
- General Shareholder Agreements
- General Corporate Advisory work.
The right applicant should possess strong academics and be in a similar role. Similar demonstrated experience will be considered and chartered legal executives will also be considered.
