A global SaaS technology business is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support a dynamic and rapidly growing subsidiary of the business.
You will focus on drafting, negotiating and advising on Commercial IT SLA's and provide legal support for local and EMEA and Middle East initiatives. These contracts will range from standard to complex and high- value agreements. You will support a globally admired EMEA legal team who hail from magic circle firms and can offer first class experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of contracts management, as a paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department where he/she can prove to be enthusiastic about technology. Must hold a Bachelor's or other legal degree or qualification with exposure to IT SaaS/IaaS, outsourcing, telecommunications or cloud computing services. In house experience gained from a technology company or in a private practice technology group would be advantageous.
