Job Title: Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Salary: £30k - £40k

Location: Liverpool/Manchester

Douglas Scott are working with a national property business who are looking for two commercially astute and confident solicitors to join their in-house legal team. The role would suit someone with experience of acquisitions & sale documents, development agreements and would like to utilise their skills in an in-house environment. Salary is dependent on individual experience and candidates will also receive a generous performance based bonus and variety of other benefits.

This successful property business employs thousands of people across the UK and they are continuously expanding. As part of the wider In-house Legal team, you will sit within the acquisitions division and will work alongside a national team of lawyers and paralegals in providing advice on anything from option agreements, development agreements and design and build agreements. Whilst you will have responsibility for your own region, the team works collaboratively and as such you will also be involved in coaching more junior members of the team and assisting with more complex projects.
