Intellectual Property Associate

The Role

The team are seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Associate / Senior Associate.

The firm has one of the largest and most highly ranked Intellectual Property teams in the market. They have won numerous awards in recent years. You will lead the Partner and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

This award-winning team, top tier department has been growing in recent years. You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Trademark protection and enforcement, advertising, copyright, data protection and contractual issues.

You will deal with a diverse range of work acting as a one stop shop for all things IP.

Requirements

• You will be an Intellectual Property Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• You will have a track record in terms of billings and business development
• First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential
