Corporate/Commercial Associate 2 years + PQE - Cheltenham

Legal 500 international law firm are looking to expand their corporate team providing a full range of corporate and commercial legal services throughout the whole business process which will include finance, M&A, investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructuring and winding up.

The Corporate team provides advice on a variety of high-profile UK and international M&A's and disposals which are both public and private in nature.

The successful candidate will provide major support to the team on a variety of corporate transactions both public and private, M&A, IPOs, offers of securities, private equity and other third party investment into private companies and joint ventures

Further to this you will assist with the disclosure and due diligence process, overseeing the due diligence team , reviewing corporate and commercial documents and ensuring that the relevant reports are in compliance.
